Then there goes the identification of at least two quality management theories and/or techniques with respect to their usefulness as quality management tools for the staffs within the geriatric service delivery of, specifically, Kindly Residential Care Rest Home (KRCRH). The two identified quality management theories and/or techniques are Pareto Analysis and Kaizen Management Philosophy. Both theories and/or techniques are deemed useful.
First in the line is the Pareto Analysis. Its usefulness as a quality management tool for the staffs in Kindly Residential Care Rest Home is discussed and proven through its definitions, objectives, and applications.

Also, it is a viewpoint that emphasises both on the process and the outputs. With its definitions, it mirrors how it can be a useful quality management tool for staffs in KRCRH. Kaizen enables the staffs to have a sound mindset towards having small but beneficial and constant improvement on giving quality healthcare services and implementing eminent healthcare practices. Also, it enables the staffs to focus on how they work and their outputs. Given that they are aware of their actions – including the effects, the staffs are made responsible on how they carry out actions relevant to geriatric healthcare. Then they eventually assess what improvement should be done. In addition to the definitions of Kaizen is the coined belief to it: when Kaizen is utilised or done accordingly, it empowers employees in the workplace; eliminates insignificant work (cognitive and physical); nurtures people how to do hasty experiments through scientific ways and how to reduce waste in various fields’ processes. In short, Kaizen enables the staffs of KRCRH to feel empowered, productive, and proactive in terms of providing healthcare services and utilising healthcare practices. The guidelines imply that Kaizen is a useful quality management tool for staffs in KRCRH because Kaizen enables them to provide quality services and utilise best, effective practices without KRCRH’s being required to spend more than the necessary amount of money; employ more than the needed healthcare workforce; and add more healthcare amenities than just the required healthcare facilities. This way, the KRCRH can be saved from wasting money, excessive workforce, and insignificant healthcare stuffs. Also, the KRCRH’s staffs may be compensated well due to KRCRH’s proper expenditure. Eventually, the people – with dementia and/or geriatric health conditions – and their families may not have to be charged more because KRCRH utilises with such people and families the necessary healthcare stuffs and house a few yet best geriatric healthcare
