Criminal justice systems have many functions. It consists of three main components. Those components are policing, courts, and corrections. One component of the Criminal Justice System functions is law of enforcement. Law enforcement is any system which is members of society act in an organized manner to enforce the law by discovering, deterring, rehabilitating, or punishing people who violate the rules and norms governing that society. Components of law enforcement may arrest offenders. There are several advantages that are made because of the separation between every segment of the Criminal Justice System. The idea of the courts and the activity they preform during the upholding equity into society makes courts regulate the work of police officers. In this paper, I will focus on the section of women into the police force. Policing back in the days was a male dominant occupation. However, it was unfair that women were not invited in the police force, which began to slowly change. In the law enforcement women were the first to let in as they felt that there appeared to be a requirement for women, because of the ascent in young ladies and females. Regardless of whether is was for abusive behaviour issues or rape. There has been an absence of ladies’ law enforcement roles. Since ladies contain few sworn law requirement officers, they are less noticeable to the group. In numerous groups, ladies never have the chance to see female officers as a good example.
