Criminal justice systems have many functions. It consists of three main components. Those components are policing, courts, and corrections. One component of the Criminal Justice System functions is law of enforcement. Law enforcement is any system which is members of society act in an organized manner to enforce the law by discovering, deterring, rehabilitating, or punishing people who violate the rules and norms governing that society. Components of law enforcement may arrest offenders. There are several advantages that are made because of the separation between every segment of the Criminal Justice System. The idea of the courts and the activity they preform during the upholding equity into society makes courts regulate the work of police officers. In this paper, I will focus on the section of women into the police force. I not only will talk about what it took for women to get into the police force but also what sort of parts they play as a role today.
