Romanization, the process of educating subject people's in Roman culture and political practices as it states in our text. As in all things some people assimilated easily into the Roman ways of life while others resisted the process. Romans were willing to offer many of the people they conquered formal grants of Roman citizenship, these grants gave them the same legal rights and privileges of the Romans citizen.
