The Effects of Young Love Young love has been a topic for thousands of years, whether it is for plays, movies, books or others. Along with having young love as a topic, there are characters making irrational decisions and tragedies that breaks the hearts of an audience. One of the most famous scenes that exhibits young love is the balcony scene in one of Shakespeare's most famous playwrights, Romeo and Juliet. In the balcony scene, Romeo expresses his love in immature and impulsive ways, leading to Romeo and Juliet falling in love. In the balcony scene in Act II scene ii of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, Romeo is shown to be impulsive and immature.
