As seen in the play, Romeo's intense emotions make him act out of haste, this is shown when Romeo's apprehension of love changes the second he sees Juliet. When Romeo first lays his eyes on Juliet he mutters “I’ll watch her place of stand and, touching hers, make blessed my rude hand. Did my heart love till now?”
Juliet wants to kill herself because she does not want to marry Paris. She gets sleeping potion and takes it. She is deep asleep when Romeo comes home. Romeo thinks she is dead, he then went and bribed the apothecary for poison. He went to Juliet's tomb and starts to drink the poison when Juliet wakes up.
In the morning, the nurse discovers her and pronounces her dead. Of all the things the Friar has done so far, giving Juliet the poison is the worst of his actions. The tragedy of Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare is a book filled with romance, drama, and action, a true classic from the Elizabethan era. In the streets of Verona, an ancient feud is reborn between the Capulets and Montagues. After coming to Capulet’s party uninvited, Romeo, the only son of Montague instantly forgets Rosaline, his previous love interest, as he sets eyes on the beautiful Juliet, the only daughter of the Capulets. The two secretly get married the next day, with the help of Friar Lawrence and Juliet's nurse. Many tragic events follow, which bring sadness, banishment, and finally, the death of six characters which sadly include our star crossed lovers.

In the play Romeo and Juliet one of the main characters, Romeo, is a rather impulsive fellow who acts on what he sees and feels. He falls in love in the blink of an eye and just as fast he can get over it. He is always impulsive but when he finds himself in love his impulsiveness doubles. So therefore he can provocative his heart being broken with Juliet dead with a drink of poison, later woke up Juliet in tears finding her love dead on the ground.

One the most important characters in the play has to be Romeo because if wouldn’t have come up to Juliet the play would have been really different. Romeo is romantic, impulsive, and brave.
It is also yet another example of the impulsiveness of youth because Romeo didn't consider the danger he could get into at the party. One major example of the impulsiveness of youth in the play was when Romeo and Juliet got married (856-858) . They had only known each other for about 12 hours, and Juliet was only 14, too young for marriage in her dad’s opinion. Most older people of that time would know that marriage is a serious deal, but Romeo and Juliet treated it like a game because they were too young to know any better.
