They both had the free will to make their own choices; fate is not real. The blame was but onto the parents for the lovers’ death, but although the parents’ rivalry contributed, but Romeo and Juliet should have been adults and figured out a way to be together that did not result in their deaths. Romeo is too rash, and Juliet way just simply too immature. Romeo and Juliet were at their own faults for their misfortunes, they both made a lot of wrong choices that ended in their deaths.
