Beep, beep, beep. My arm reaches out into the crisp morning air, struggling to find the alarm a rush of achievement hits me hard. I have yet to get out of bed but already feel accomplished. Glancing out the window as I put on my running clothes, I can see the morning fog rise from the mountains around me. I try to go for morning runs as much as I can; not only does exercise set me up for the day ahead but it helps me have a little bit more edge on the sports field. Arriving home from the run the sun is up and I can hear cars on the road. I pack my football kit in the bag and head off to school. My mate, Ruby is at the front gate waiting for me, head in her knees and coke in her hand. “HEY RUBY,” I shout “What is up?
