For our group project we (Belis, Ziggy, Liesel and I) chose to perform the Australian play Ruby Moon. As a group we attempted to bring across the mystery and thrill that makes Ruby Moon so successful whilst also allowing the audience to have a clear understanding of whats happening. We as a group decided to do two to each scene so we could all fully immerse ourselves into the specific character we decided on. Liesel and I performed as Ray and Sylvie respectively in the prologue. As a pair we decided to change the setting from a lounge room to a kitchen/ dinning room in order to relate more to the text, show more symbolism such as the empty seat at the dinning table and differ from Ziggy and Belis’ set of Doilcy Doil’s lounge room in which our set was side by side
