In the case of the employees at SUNO (Southern University of New Orleans), there is sufficient evidence that proves negligence on part of the University. The University did not provide a safe working environment for their employees, and as a result, four Professors lost their lives due to mold exposure. To build a case you need evidence, and this particular case has plenty of evidence. However, evidence without a law or a standard is almost impossible to prove negligence.
