Sacrificing Religious Identity I personally believe that religion is of significance when it comes to the personal identity of the young people. There are those who believe in the presence of a supreme being while others do not believe in the same. The different religious faiths have beliefs through which most of the people subscribe to. For instance, Muslims and the Christians do believe in the teachings of the Quran and The Bible respectively. The teachings from the two faiths have been interpreted by the young people in different ways (Ebstyne 197).
