On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.
At 1422 hours Rutledge entered the store and purchased several items before exiting the store. I was unable to access the station 's records to see the amounts of purchase at pump four or at the counter. Borjorquez was unable to transfer the video from the store onto a useable format so I used a camera to record the video from the monitor. I later placed the video into evidence at the Rancho San Diego Station. On 7-8-15 I contacted the victim, Cathy Smith, who emailed me a copy of her credit card statement showing two pending charges $1.00 and $15.57.
Officer Nelson suspected that this equipment was stolen so he recorded the serial numbers. To do this, Officer Nelson had to move through other items including a turntable which he also suspected to be stolen. Officer Nelson’s suspicions were correct as it was confirmed that the equipment was indeed stolen.

According to the Portsmouth Police’s probable cause summary, a black male identified in a video was observed exiting the rear passenger side of a Honda Pilot with a Tommy Hilfiger’s red jacket. The jacket matched the description which the victim provided. Aronte Neshawn Sharpe was identified as the individual wearing the jacket and posing in the jacket while leaving a store (7-11). He also was observed in possession of the jacket while looking into a video screen according the probable cause summary. The report stated the victim was contacted by Detective Baker, Portsmouth Police to see if the jacket belonged to her.
S/S Folwaczny contacted Non- Emergency 911 concerning two black sedans parked on the premises in front of OPS 1 at 12490 Sunrise Valley Drive. S/S Folwaczny spoke to Dispatch Operator Dang concerning the vehicles, After running the VIN number, D/O Dang was able to confirm that the vehicles were not stolen and that any further action pertaining to the vehicles would have to take place Sprint Security.
Alice Odom walked into the Gautier Police Department to report that someone had rifled through her vehicle, 1997 Mercedes and took $50.00. Odom said that there were four vehicles parked in the yard of her residence at 3140 Breakwater Dr. All four of the vehicles were rifled through, but Odom only had money taken from one of the vehicles. The incident happened between 8:00 p.m on 10/03/2016 and 5:15 a.m. on 10/04/2016.
According to the Security Officer Bo Feet, watched the first suspect put three dozen pairs of the Big Guy brand socks in his pants. The security officer began to follow the suspects into the Hammer Toe section of socks. On August 2, 2009, David Leon Riley who belong to the Lincoln Park gang in San Diego, California open fire with others on a rival gang member that was driving past them. They then got into Riley’s Oldsmobile and drove away. The police pulled over driving a different car on August 20, 2009 for having expired registration tags, because Riley was driving with a suspended driver’s license, the required police policy is for the car to be impounded. Before any car is impounded, the police are required to perform a inventory search to make sure it has all the components at the time of the search, to protect against liability claims in the future, and to find hidden contraband. Police found 2 firearms and arrested Riley for possession of firearms.
