Our whole lives, we have learned about Santa Anna in the American perspective, but if we look at him from a different point of view, he was a great leader of Mexico. As stated before, the US was justified in going to war with Mexico because of three reasons, Americans were killed, Texas was already annexed, and Manifest Destiny allows it.
