I think some of the drug laws that are enforced are ridiculous, for instance in the move that we watched in class stated that people are receiving mandatory life sentences. In someone cases because of the drug laws a person can’t get below a 20year sentencing. I agree with you, the system is not fair at all. If you are caught with drugs, no matter the form or type the rules need to be the same for everyone. I think that goes back to the war on drugs, and how because this was not happening it became a drug war (destruction of human life).
Opioids is a big issue because Americans are addicted to drugs especially opioids. After a surgery doctors give patients opioids because they are a pain killer. After patients have been taking opioids they soon are not in pain anymore but they keep taking the pills because it makes their body feel relieved. People get addicted to this and can’t function without them.
I think that drug testing is a very important thing, and now society, some people will use the curiosity of young people on the novelty of goods in the drug trade on campus, many people who do not know often eat. To prevent this from happening, every school should carry out drug-related propaganda to enhance students ' awareness of drugs. But the search for students and property, I feel too compulsive, "since the school officials responsible for the well-being of students in their building, they have the right to search for drugs or weapons at any time," this argument is like the students A serious breach of
Melodies of Marijuana Music has been used as a tool to reflect culture for a majority of history. Music has been used for Christian worship for hundreds of years. During the civil rights movement, music was used to fight for justice and present the views of groups such as The Black Panthers (Phillips, 1). Since the late 1960’s, it is arguable that drug culture has been recorded through music as well. Songs such as the Beatles’ original “Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds” rose to popularity, discussing drug abuse and capturing the essence of narcotics like marijuana and LSD (Rettman, 3).

"I feel so enlightened and content". You are likely to hear this phrase from a high number of people using drugs. Many of them guarantee a feeling of satisfaction and distraction. Employers have always had concern about their employees performing their certain jobs properly and to their highest ability while being under the influence of drugs. In order to understand this prompt we have to see the reason why drug testing is such a big deal in the workforce. This issue has been such a big deal that we have had to involve the U.S Supreme court in which they have decided three “government interests” to give reasons for drug testing. The first reason is to keep the integrity of the employees while they are doing their job. Second, is for the safety of others, while last is to protect information that is sensitive to the company and to others.
sa critical mind at all ! they never been asked to do it, they don’t know how to do it and if it’s not quick and easy they get give up, they don’t have the emotional mental muscle to work through the problem, yeah because there is no punishment no negative outcome. We have tried during times to find a balance between what’s going on between what happens in schools but then you have two different masters, the national government who sets the policy for the schools like us and there is the local governments, which are involved in you know setting policy for the schools, so my wife is currently teaching in a very progressive school, but Reykjavik runs that school she has to do the námsmat over and over again and is constantly changing, that’s

Drugs and Rock n’ Roll: A Deadly Creative Culture? The use of various types of drugs, running the gamut from softer substances like marijuana to proverbial hard drugs like heroin and cocaine, is deeply tied to the history and culture of the rock n’ roll genre. Indeed, drug use and rock n’ roll music are intertwined in a manner that is almost mythical. From the legendary alcohol usage of the enduring Rolling Stones to the tragic and drug-related deaths of members of the 27 Club such as Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse, it very much appears that drugs have represented both destructive and creative forces within the context of rock n’ roll.
Your first cigarette, your first drink, and First time you gambled. We have all been throwing that part of our lifetime. And even if you were strong enough to say No to this temptations you’ve been there, seen that. And the Drugs, that’s a bit more unusual I think, but it’s been there in the background, waiting for a weak youth to get it. And some of us have taken it, why?
With the development of our nation and society, our living standards have improved much. However, through the news, we can know that an increasing number of citizens begin to take illicit drug which really bring us bad effects. So our government has no choice but to make laws and policies to decrease this kind of phenomenon. However, not every citizen is willing to follow the policies, so people are divided into two groups. One group of people resolutely resist illegal drugs, another group of people still steal secretly.
In the name of fighting drug abuse, governments unleashed a war on drugs that continues to rage today. Drugs have numerous negative consequences that can result from an addiction, but some can have positive effects when used appropriately and under the care of a healthcare professional. The War on Drugs is a government-led initiative aimed at stopping illegal drug use, distribution, and trade by issuing increased prison sentences for drug-related offenses, and it increased federal funding for drug-control agencies and treatment efforts. Instead, it has resulted in a disproportionate amount of incarcerations of minorities.
Today many countries try to regulate the numbers of drugs users as many as they can by using the scary promotions and commercials to attract the attention from people, albeit ineffective. Rather than using the outmoded methods, legitimacy should be announced for all drugs in order that the regulation will process more ease for the government. In this procedure, the government can legislate the limitations for drugs consumption and people will be able to understand drug disadvantages profoundly. Therefore, allowing drugs as ordinary substances will abate the drug consumption. The aforementioned issue, in brief, the drugs is a too danger to leave it as it is so it should be legalized.
