We have no Concealment Everyone is Watching Freedom of Speech is when anyone has the right to express themselves without censorship, people trying not to stop you, and when the government restraints our privileges. Anyone could say whatever they have in their mind on social medias. Social media self-expression is better, because one gets to release his or her stress online rather than having their thoughts in a journal where no one would know what is going in their mind when they are contemplating on life. The government doesn't care how we express ourselves and they should have their limits of what a real threat is. The people who are in the criminal field shouldn't just prosecute anyone because they posted a threat or a harassment. The government should have evidence and not cross the line and feel that they could do whatever they want and feel they have the power, just because they are in the criminal field. Justin Carter and Anthony Elonis are both innocent men, of course the government thinks they posted threats and harassment posts on their social media accounts. Threats and Harassments are when people give specific detail and especially if they have a bad history they should investigate, but should not just prosecute people for a false statement and with no weapons or bombs in their homes. Anthony Elonis should have never given explicit detail on how he wanted to make his ex-wife miserable like the same way he feels on the inside. He shouldn't say everything online for all his friends to know what he is posting online he should talk them out to someone in person instead of making her feel unsafe. Social Networks help us know what we are expecting and we could contemplate of what we are waiting from the other person harassing us and know if they actually mean the threat toward us because without knowing we may feel unsafe if someone is not telling us straight
