Imagine that you wake in a peaceful morning and go to open the window of your bedroom. Suddenly, you have a side-slide and hide behind the wall, because you realize that there must be a sniper preparing to kill you. You begin to believe the environment that you lived these year is not safe at all! Then you go out of bedroom with dodge to have breakfast. After sitting down, you realize that your mother must put some poison into the breakfast in order to kill you. You refuse to eat the meal and become more and more afraid while you family saying it is good for you to eat breakfast. You begin to suspect all people around you want to kill you... It is a symptom of persecutory delusion, which is one type of schizophrenia.

There is a list of reason to confirm this idea. The first is schizophrenia can lead to death, in the form of suicide. The suicide rate will increase to about 5% [2], and 20% - 40% attempt suicide at least once [1]. Second, the cause of this disease is very complex and difficult to diagnose. Actually, although there are some theory try to describe the schizophrenia, but scientists still cannot understand the mechanism of this disease, schizophrenia, completely, just like most mental disorder diseases are difficult for human to understand the reason. Basically, there are these four types of causes[1][4]: Genetic, Environment, Substance use, Developmental factors. Third, paranoia can damage personality. The normal behavior the person will be altered and the in-side identity will be wiped out too. We even cannot ensure that if the person is the original one after cure process, or a new person (personality) born in the person’s brain. The symptoms of schizophrenia are hallucinations, delusions, disorganized thinking and speech [1][3]. Fourth, schizophrenia is very difficult to completely cure. The therapy has completely no effect on 10% to 30% of schizophrenia patients [3]. Some patients can be cured but remains some effect like change of temperament and reduce of social-ability.
