Introduction: Schizotypal personality disorder is categorized by eccentric behavior and irregularities in thinking. The mutual disturbances include odd and unconventional beliefs or magical thinking, peculiar behavior and paranoid ideas. People suffering from this disorder are super cautious, super sensitive and preoccupied. It is long-standing disorder that leads to debilitating and devastating social and occupational consequences. Because of little research this disorder has not receive deserved attention till recent years. They interpret everything in a different way because of their unconventional beliefs and magical thinking that comes from their aloofness. They have unfamiliar perpetual understandings as in relate a particular event to some mysterious power or the individual that doesn’t even exist. Their behavior and appearance is odd and eccentric and their low self-esteem makes them more fearful from the outside world and because of their poor communication skills and mismatched beliefs they fail in maintaining relationships that result in lack of friends and leads to excessive social anxiety. They get easily suspicious about people and because of their paranoid ideation they feel themselves unsuitable for social occasions. And becaue of their unconventional personality people might insult them or ignore them that lead them to more fears and anxieties. These fears make them overly sensitive and hyper vigilant. As we know that they are loners’ and unable to maintain interpersonal relationships they are emotionally inexpressive and they possess their own fantasies and they associate every event with special powers and superstitions. Their clothes and manners are no different from their behavior and make their appearance more strange and unusual. They are obsessed with automatic thoughts because it’s the only way they make shields for themselves from outside
