A quote by Zora Neale Hurston, which seems right on when considering chapter two of the textbook, Understanding Foundations in Human Development. As this chapter lays out, there are many steps, purposes, and methods of research. Furthermore, many of the theorist 's mentioned a chapter over, based on their contributions to the human development and psychology field, were, simply put, people of great inquisitiveness. Their curiosity lead to interesting theories and discoveries, which people are still discussing today.
