This years cross country went off pretty well if you ask Harrisburg cross country runner Alexander Auch, If you ask him he will tell you that his favorite part of the season was watching his teammates improve and grow as a better runner and placing top 10 in just about every race and getting first in Brookings with a time of 16:40.66 and getting second as a team. Alex isn 't sure yet what he will do running wise after High School but he says if he get the opportunity to run in college he will take it and run with it. He will also say that he is exited for next year and looking forward to it he was been running all winter inside and out and don 't be surprised when you see him in the summer out there because the Harrisburg team has a summer

The store, located on Tiger Boulevard is a 64,000-square foot store that currently has 134 employees. Publix places an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction. The combination of extraordinary customer service and high-quality products, has made Publix the largest and fastest growing, employee-owned supermarket chain in America. However, I recently interviewed this woman named Kay Alloway who astonished me with how compelling her life was. Kay was born on June 14th, 1923 in Lawrenceville, Virginia. She became responsible very early as a child, since she was the oldest of 6 children.

Introduction Motivational interviewing is a collaborative, person-centred form of communication which focuses on the language of change. ‘It is designed to strengthen personal motivation for and commitment to a specific goal by eliciting and exploring the person’s own reasons for change within an atmosphere of acceptance and compassion’ (Miller et al., 2013, p.29). The technique of motivational interviewing was developed by two psychologists, Bill Miller and Steve Rollnick. Motivational interviewing is therapeutic to patients as it is based on a partnership, rather than a nurse-patient relationship (Heckman et al., 2010). There are four processes of motivational interviewing; engaging, focusing, evoking and planning.

Tzu Yu Chiang (Jenny Chiang) is an extraordinary young woman. As her principal, I have seen her grow over the past four years and have long been impressed by her passion and desire to achieve a high standard in all things that she does. More than four years ago, I interviewed her as a potential student in the middle of her 8th grade year. I knew immediately that she was a unique student. She did not fit into the Taiwanese education system and we were a school that provided the flexibility to meet her needs.
In order to expand Frog’s Leap current market, the company could use some alternatives, including: increasing production, increasing their sales, promoting the winery, or tapping into new market areas. In order to increase Frog’s Leap’s sales, the company must increase production; expand their current market while tapping into new markets as well. Hiring more employees is essential in the increase of production. Also, the new hires would be able to utilize the new land creating more products.
