While the war against Britain and France escalated in Europe, it eventually reached America and this became known as the Seven Years’ war which lasted from 1756-1763. Before the war Britain had little interest in America but after the war, the war had brought forth a moment of truth in regards to the interactions of Great Britain and America. For some colonial groups the war affected their relationships with England while others continued the same.
