The people of Eirian island study the stars. For many years they have mapped the stars, made constellations, and with the constellations come amazing tales. One in particular, however, stands out from the rest; that is the Shokagi Constellation. The tale of this constellation is an extraordinary one, one that explains why we humans have kept language at all, and perhaps why the animals forgot it. This is the bizarre tale of their extravagant story.
Eirian island is a place of warring factions, Humans, the Cait Sith, the Salamanders, and the smallest race the Pookas. However the war was not only fought on Earth, the gods also sided with different factions, causing quite literally a war of worlds. But our story begins with two special humans, who would shape our world, forever.
Shoko, master of heavy swords, with a distinct dual sword fighting style, and brawler fighting style made him tend to go off on his own, however, his friend who may or may not want more Takagi always happens to run into him out in the battlefield. Takagi examined the knives engraving obviously a Cait Sith dagger. Takagi followed the trail to a salamander shrine where she noticed that the Cait Sith and Salamanders had been working were working together. They lit the tribute fire and tossed Shoko’s head into it. Suddenly everyone had their voice but instead of crying with joy she cried with despair. But she had remembered on the prophecy wall that if the one sacrificed had one true friend and the friend shared mutual feelings they could be held in the high god court. Where Skoko had been found innocent and the punishment for the animals is that they would permanently lose their voices forever. Skoko and Takagi then lived together in the
