Cocaine is one of the worst drugs out there worldwide not just in the US. There was an epidemic over the use of cocaine but the government tried by banning the drug. There are many short and long term effects with this drug, it needs to stop being used in any practices. A long term effect of cocaine is destruction of tissues in nose if sniffed, liver, kidney and lung damage, severe tooth decay, malnutrition, weight loss, and permanent damage to the blood vessels of the heart and brain.
