Should employees be able to post whatever they want on social media without getting fired?
Yes, I do believe employees may be fired, because it could be troublesome. You may disagree but let me explain my reasons why I believe employees should be facebook fired by posts.

The first reason is because an employee could be using a company's computer wrongly. I say this because if the computer doesn’t belong to you, then you shouldn’t use the computer inappropriately (showed on source 1 paragraph one). Or if you are criticizing the company's customers which could ruin the company's reputation. Sometimes when people post, they could break federal privacy law by sharing any confidential data of the company (shown on source 1 paragraph 2). Even if you do have your social media is private, you could have a fellow employee or friend who is able to see your posts.
