The teacher will begin by having her class sit down for circle time. After completing their morning routine, she will then say, "Okay class, this week's theme is nutrition. Does anyone know what that means? What is nutrition?" She will give the group a chance to answer before explaining, "Nutrition is the word we use to describe the foods we eat every day. We need to eat foods that are good for us and help us grow. Now, what are some healthy foods you enjoy eating?"
