Having the knowledge of FLC gives me a foundation for understanding what typical issues stand out in each season of one's life. This helps me to pay special or extra attention to an individual's progress or stagnation in the area, how that presents symptoms in the client, and how it may impact their later growth or progression. For instance, the client is currently at Stage 2 but have yet to prepare to be a mother as she does not want to have any children after marriage. Therefore, she missed some tasks such as making space for children and joining in child rearing, financial and household tasks. Thus, it can be a stressful situation for her and her partner.
