What are the two most “heavily used” programs?
Depend on clients’ health, if the client’s is rather poor health, he/she would be more common to use health care support services, such as personal care service and home care services. There are 60%-70% seniors that need others to take care with them and they would like to join with this care service program. Moreover, the second heavily used is adult day program that have a safe environment for seniors and participate in different types of activities in the community centre.

Total number of clients the agency currently serves?
Carefirst currently services to over 7,000 senior clients.

How many staff work at this agency? What departments do staff work in? There are about 350-380 home care workers work at this agency. Program Staff work around 100 people, who are social service worker, activation program worker, program director, administrator, director of patient care services and the case manager.
