This makes room for two cities to acquire a team to bring their city a new, exciting way to enjoy a night out in their city. Many cities have been fighting for one of these two spots, but one sticks out more than the rest. If the MLB wants to expand and have a successful franchise in a new city they need to view Charlotte as a strong candidate for many reasons, like the rapid growth of the city and the minor league success. Rob Manfred, the commissioner of the MLB, has even stated that he has looked at Charlotte as a strong possibility.

While some believe that athletes should have their own choice at making a decision to go pro straight out of high school, they should not do so because they will not be able to manage their million dollar contracts respectively. Speaking of contracts, the NBA should eliminate guaranteed contracts for rookies drafted in the first round of the NBA draft. They should do this because a careless high school kid, could just go into the draft not knowing, or caring on how much they are going to make, with the lack of experience on handling millions of dollars. This is very unrepsonsibible for a teenager, and not only for the high school athlete, but also for the basketball association as well. This is because of there noncommitment to have these players

On every great sports team, there needs to be a strong foundation of players. All the players need to have a positive mindset and to help encourage others throughout the game. Throughout my years of playing softball, I have come to see the way teams function and the players on the team. The players can range from being the all-star player to the naturally born player and finally to the easy-going player. All the components of a softball team depends on the type of players and the need of every single type of player.
When i was in elementary and middle school I was a part of a recreational softball team, not because I wanted to play softball but because my mom, who throughout high school and college was a softball star, wanted me to play. I was never good at softball despite my mother's and my own best efforts, I would go to every practice, spend obscene amounts of time at grimy batting cages, and practice throwing and catching balls in my backyard. With all of this practice you would think that I would have gotten at least a little better at softball, but whenever it was time for a game I could not throw, catch or hit the ball, and I spent as much time as possible on the bench. It turns out being unimaginably bad at something despite your best efforts is incredibly emotionally draining. My parents did not understand how someone who went to all the practices and always put in the extra effort could still be so terrible at
I play softball because of the love I have for the game, and because of the feeling that takes my breath away every time I step onto the field. The softball field at Glendale Community College is now my new home for the next two years. Hearing your name being called and lining up alongside the first base line with your teammates before the game makes you feel worthy and excited to play such an amazing sport. As we gather in a tight circle just before we rush to our positions,
For the last eight years, softball has shaped my life and taught me many things about leadership, sportsmanship, and how to work as a team. Softball has always made me happy, it’s not just the sport that makes me happy, but it’s the place that I get to go and the people that I get to play it with. School activities that I am involved in is cross country, and that sport teaches to keep going when it gets hard, also I am baseball, and that’s quiet alright sport, and I’m also in basketball. Those are the main school activities that I am involved in. All those sports are pretty hard in their own way, but cross country you want to quit, and you really can’t just quit. Baseball is also a mental game, you can strike a ton, and still be doing good, but it doesn’t seem like it. Something like striking out in a baseball game, gets frustrating, but you have to forget the last one, and go on to the next one.
You go to a football game out of all the players they’re are usually no girls. So why aren’t there any girls playing? Many females have been fighting for their rights to be allowed to play with the boys. Some have succeeded others have found ways to play even if that means changing schools.
