Considering the amount of water and energy that the Colorado River is able to provide to so many areas, we need to also consider the risk of a permanent destruction of this natural resource. We need to find other resources such as solar, and wind energy to substitute the use of fossil fuels. In particularly for the areas were the Colorado River is located, Solar Energy could be a great resource. They are several of semi-arid desert are located throughout the area of Colorado.
