Sometimes, we find ourselves wide awake during the stillness of of the night. Oftentimes, we're awake during the hours we're supposed to be asleep because our thoughts are developing at a rapid pace. From Song II: The Dark Night by San Juan De La Cruz explained one concluded the light and guidance didn't come from another human being, it come from within oneself. As soon as one concluded the light and guidance came from within oneself, it resulted in one obtaining a much clearer vision than one had prior to their conclusion. One also concluded to abandon all their cares for a brief moment to recollect and restore oneself.

As I proceeded do so, I noticed it negatively affected myself and those a part of my presence. As soon as I noticed it not only negatively affected myself, but other people I decided to change my mentality. Despite the fact that I noticed that, I decided to change my mentality mostly for my own sake. Afterwards, I started to notice there being positive results.
Furthermore, when my mind is troubled with unwanted thoughts, it's best for me to keep my thoughts to myself as opposed to me sharing my thoughts with someone else. It's to my belief that nobody expect myself would be able to understand my thoughts. Also, it's to my belief that nobody would be able to provide me with the advice that I need. Especially, if the person who believes they understand and provides me with advice never experienced what i did. Although there are some that have, they didn't experience what I did, the way I
