For example, I drink a lots of soda I Am not getting plenty of low- fat dairy or other healthful beverages like green tea or orange juice. When i am snacking on chips and cookies i'm usually not loading up on fruits and vegetables. Mostly,of the junk food contains sugar and high fructose corn syrup and white flour or milled corn.
