Explain why you would like to have this position.

I would like to have this position because i have previous spa management experience. One of my duties as a junior assistant manager at massage envy was train new front desk associates on how to overcome objections when selling memberships so they can maintain a monthly sales goal of 30% or higher. Another reason why this position would be great for me is because one of my main duties at massage envy was to make sure the clinic was running smoothly if another manager was absent. This includes handling Client concerns, changing or making new schedules for staff and inventory. I would also like to have this position because I already feel like a leader in my class. Scenario 2.

I would tell the future professional to give the client time to fill out the consultation card and to take his/her time with the consultation and go over post waxing guild lines. Which should take 10 or so minutes to give the wax time to melt and the use the pot with the least amount of wax because that will be melted faster.

Scenario 3.
As a future professional you should never turn down a client because that is only taking away from your training, experience, hands on and a possible repeat client. One of the duties for the spa manager position is to make sure there is a 3-4 future professionals available at all times and separate lunches in 30 minute increments. If there is still no esthetician available I would take the client myself or tell a future professional to take a 15 minute lunch break and have the client fill out the consultation card.

Scenario 4.
I would have a private meeting with the future professional explaining the importance of being a team player, working together to complete duties and most important sanitation guildlines. I would ask for reasoning behind not cleaning up after themselves or completing duties and find a solution together. If the future professional continues to do so I will schedule another meeting with a learning
