Did you know, in a survey conducted in 1988, 13% of those who surveyed believed that the moon is made of cheese? Since the dawn of time our curiosity has grown to what's outside of earth. By exploring the moon in 1969, we learned that the moon and earth are relatively the same with materials being similar from a common reservoir. Because of space exploration, we are able to discover new information about earth as well as, if we can ever inhabit the other planets if something were to ever happen to earth. By funding space exploration, we would embark on new information that could lead us to a prosperous future.

Notably, the quote from Neil Armstrong “That's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind.” was well regarded as an example why we should explore space. By exploring the moon we gave mankind a taste of what space possessed in knowledge. By discovery comes knowledge and what Apollo discovered would change the world as we know it. With the gathered information we learned that the earth and the moon were made out of the similar material in mineral consumption, we would soon be stormed with theories. With new research we are able to see if we could ever inhabit another world. With mars being one of the most inhabitable planet with hopes of water, we would be able to live as well as prosper under it. As for plans, Mars one plans to send people to mars in 2022 where they shoot and film like if it were a reality tv show. Mars One is able to send people because the partnership with NASA.
