This is a specially designed instruction to fit the needs of a specific learner. It’s a way to support their different behaviors and to provide services to students with an identified disability. It 's also in telling making or requiring an individually planned instructional program to meet their distinct learning needs. That for me is Special Education.
As a teacher the best contribution that I can share in this field is to be observant and understanding with the diversity of my students. I will be observant in the sense of being perceptive to the kind of student that I may have. It will mean an investment of effort and financial resource to thoroughly enhance my knowledge in this field. In this way I can understand further the capabilities

4. Emotional and Behavior Disorders in the Classroom – as a teacher you need to fully identify your student even in their most personal attribute. I have one student who is so good in the class and can answer the test perfectly. On a first glance you will not see any untoward attitude with him but once this learner is with the crowd you can help but noticed him. He doesn’t usually participate in discussion though I know he understood. He will only answer if you command him to stand and answer to the extent of forcing him to answer. I also observed him during break time when his entire classmate where running and playing around he seating in a corner. I admired him for being so behave but he is not the usual kids that I know. According to his teachers he was bullied by his previous teacher. That is why sometime the child won’t go to other teacher. There was this one incident that he came to me and crying, he said he can’t find his shoe. And they have to go down for some activity. I said its ok you we will just look for it later maybe his classmate accidentally wore his shoe, but he still continue crying and a bit scared. When I asked why he is scared he said his teacher might get angry so I go with him and explain to his teacher. It so sad to think that this student has so much potential but don’t have the ability to use it, perhaps proper mentoring and encourage can help this
