A Tale of Faith & Spirituality
There are obvious differences between Aboriginals and non-Aboriginal people. In terms of culture, faith, socio-economic, and legal status. This establishes the differences between the Aboriginal people which they face among Christians, such as the separation between the two groups. There are many different aspects between the two, in Canada which are demonstrated against each other. Such as their attitude to certain beliefs, that Aboriginals have to face. They have a complexity belief in creation, symbols, rituals, and stories/myths. This helps us acknowledge the differences that we have to face in our everyday lives, and give a definite distinctiveness from any faith or religion in the world. It represents “The leader of the sky”. This determines the effortless, power, and knowledge, that people receive by this symbol. The eagle focuses on the achievements, and failures of people’s lives, and helps them understand that there is always a way to solve difficult or horrific times in your life. It also resembles the differences between people, and shows their level of strength among a situation. It also demonstrates the balance between both genders, and that if the eagle is flying over the prayer, that everything gets accepted and worshipped.
The similarities between both the cross, and the eagle have is that they both connect with each other, in a deeper meaning. These are what the symbol revolves around which makes it significant towards people, and their wrongdoings. It helps people be more open minded, and learn to be accepted for things that they have done in their life so they can learn from their mistakes. It was a mythical beginning to life, and how it started. This creation story consists of divine women who fell from the sky, as she demonstrates full power, strength, and determination. People long ago prior to what was one this planet, we are currently accepting that there was no land, simply water and animals of the water. This establishes that, sky women was the only one who sees things in depth for what they actually are than what they really were, while what others thought differently. She branches out of the darkness, and eventually notices the little things in life, such as oceans, skies, animals, nature, etc as it slowly starts to progress into a the real world.
Both creation stories share similar qualities, they help us understand the meaning of life, and how it was created to become what was perceived today. It shows the similarities between the two religions, and how they demonstrate the beginning to a new start. God and Sky Women share similar traits in common because they were both leaders, that have power and strength to change things and have specific goals which could better life and how people treat it.
