The Islamic Empire expanded rapidly around the period 600 C.E. to 1300 C.E. The Islamic expansion occurred through military raids, Jihad, tolerance, stipends and taxes. After Muhammad's death, in 632 C.E., the rise Islam overtook Afro-Eurasia.
