5 Marketing Plan
5.1 Product
Square Q is a product that looks similar to a waffle, but the taste and texture is totally different from a normal waffle. It is highly nutritious and is suitable to consume for literally anybody except for customer that is having lactose intolerance (contains milk). The product is made by glutinous flour, which will bring the texture of chewiness even though the surface is hot and crispy. It is also contains milk that are high in calcium so that the customers (mostly student) will have an even healthy puberty session. In term of freshness and quality, Square Q is on the top of the ladders, this is because of preservation of Square Q is place under 40 degrees Celsius heater to retain the freshness. The interesting shape of the Square Q which resembles an average waffle will cause the customer perceived that it is the same as waffle and might loss interest in it but this can be our main point which we can bring it up and explain to the customer that it is not the same as waffle, this will increase their interest toward the product more than before.

In order to capture the awareness of our potential customers, we have to start from advertising by using coupon on the newspaper and our main webpage. This is mainly to increase our customer number and to increase our sales rate while remaining low cost. After releasing coupon, customer should have tested our product and starting to evaluate our product, this will lead to another promotion technique which is viral marketing.
