This commemorative coin was based off of the Capitol building in Colonial Williamsburg. The Capitol was where Patrick Henry gave his speech Caesar Brutus. This speech was very inspirational and important to the colonists. This is why on the front side of the coin Patrick Henry’s face is shown along with his famous words “Give me liberty, or give me death!” These very inspirational words are a sign of liberty which is why on the back is the Grand Union Flag.

A connection to this would be it to Thomas Jefferson to many he is a known Anti-Federalists and he disapproves of a strong central government and allowing the most frequent power that is more spread out towards the people and states. And Thomas Jefferson main reason for entering office is to limit the influence of the national government. So Jefferson so began to everything that the Federalists had established. In class, we analyzed which party did Jefferson lean toward comparing his acts as presidents and categorizing them as Federalist and Antifederalist actions. After categorizing these Jefferson’s contributions during his presidency it seemed as if he was leaning towards a Federalist view even though he strictly labeled himself as an Anti-Federalist.

Good morning 2023 Metro Magazine Forum my name is Sienna and today I will be persuasively exploring the negative and positive aspects of the 1960s Australian social and cultural issues of being outcasted from a community in the film Jasper Jones. Hook: (film clip) Have you ever felt like you don’t belong and are an outcast in an over-stereotypical society? If so, you are not alone, according to evidnecebasedteaching.org.au, about 28% of all Australian school students feel like they don’t belong in their community. James Madison was proposing the plan of splitting the government into three groups, the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative. This would give each branch an equal amount of power with each branch doing a different job. Federalism prevents one branch from becoming too powerful and this is
Fans are screaming and cameras are flashing as the football leaves the quarterback 's hand. The spiraling balls seems to float through the air, meant to be caught by only one man, but just before the ball finds the pair of hands it was meant for Thomas Henderson pulls it out of the air and takes off. Once the ball is in Hendersons grasp, no one can take it from him as he dances past the opposing team into the endzone. Thomas Henderson was an incredibly effective football player and now he is an equally, if not more effective public speaker. Henderson is no stranger to to poverty and hardship.
The article is about Jennie Chine Hansen speech that was given for the Chinese American Women Oral History Project. Hansen discusses in her speech about the ways exclusion, participation and empowerment shaped not just her life but the lives of all Chinese people living in America. Hansen during her speech also talks about the brief history of Chinese Exclusion Act of 1892 and how that had a significant impact on the parents and grandparents of Chinese American women. She also talks about how there are two generations, the ones who were born in China and the ones who were born in America. She discusses how there is an alienation from her parents and other Chinese people who never learned to speak English who live in America.
Before exploring whether the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists can be labelled as either liberal or republican, it must be noted that both sides often employed the rhetorique of the other as a way to strengthen their arguments. This also helped both sides win support for their arguments from their opposition. I posit that the Federalists were more republican in their beliefs while the Anti-Federalists were more liberal based on a closer exploration of the creation of a federated state, in which the main tenets of republicanism and liberalism were defended by the respective factions. An argument that encapsulates the idea of the Federalists having strong republican leanings would be their focus on collective rights over individual ones in the creation of a republic.

Many believed that the sons of liberty were heroes, but truly they were an organization of fanatics. The name “ Sons of Liberty” was taken from Isaac Barre’s speech.
