I am eager to attend the USNA Summer STEM due to my strong interest in all disciplines of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. My future plan is to attend the United States Naval Academy, study Nuclear Engineering and serve my country for life. Over the past six years, I have served my country in the U.S. Naval Sea Cadet Corps. I have accumulated a vast knowledge of the STEM field during my numerous week long trainings at Naval Base Coronado, MCB Camp Pendleton, SS Lane Victory, & Pt. Mugu Naval Air Station.
I’m interested in joining the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated. I would love to join this organization, because I love what they stand for and what they have done for the world so far. They have done things as opening school in Haiti and Africa, Delta house in Africa, and many other things. One of the reason I want to join this prestigious organization is because they do stuff to better the country that I was born in, and everything that’s helping Haiti becomes a better country is something I have to at least try to be a part of. It will also help me get started with my plan on opening a youth center in Haiti.
Arizona Christian University (ACU) is a private 4-year institution that is devoted to creating leaders who can produce an impact on the world with the gospel (God’s word). Len Munsil, the President of ACU and author of the book “Transforming Culture with Truth”, mentions in his book that “we have forgotten who we are.” (Munsil 2) Which leads to the question, who are we supposed to be? ACU’s mission is “to provide a biblically integrated education that prepares its graduates to serve the Lord Jesus Christ in ministries and professional occupations.” (Munsil 50)
According to George Washington, “The basis of our political system is the right of the people to make and to alter their constitutions of government.” Replace ‘people’ with ‘students’ and this becomes a powerful declaration about the politics within the organization of the California Future Farmers of America (FFA). As with any political arena the FFA is an organization where power bases and allies are developed; however, it is the students who define those relationships. The five underlying principles of the political frame are clearly present within the FFA.
Growing up in a lower-middle class home, I have learned to be modest and frugal. I have also learned that nothing comes free and that everything must be earned through determination and hard work. So when I joined the Cub Scouts at age 7, I was determined to excel and achieve the highest rank in scouting, Eagle Scout. Since then, I have been intent on changing things for the better in everything I participated in. Ergo, having a lifetime goal to give back to the Earth, whether it be directly by studying chemistry to help the Earth or indirectly by donating some of my time and money back into the science field to help fund future developments of technology, seems best for the world.
As a State FFA Officer, we are the greatest representatives of Agriculture in not only our state, but the nation as well. As agriculturalists, farmers, businessmen and women, government officials, family and friends follow us throughout our year, they will be highly influenced by our example. This year as a State Officer I have a great hope to advocate for agriculture. It is essential to help promote the image of agriculture in a positive way, sharing great stories, ideas and future plans for this industry. The objective as a State FFA Officer is to inspire the people we meet by showing them the opportunities found in agriculture.

FFA is about improving part into members. These members later turn into an officer simply like the ones that taught them life lessons on correspondence, cooperation, and citizenship. To wind up a member or officer of the FFA you must experience either a simple or troublesome procedure. Either office you choose to run with will be an ordeal you wouldn't have any desire to leave behind. To begin with, to be a part of becoming a member you must agree to take an agribusiness class at your school in the event that they have their very own FFA section.
My high school career finally began and in the first week the announcements were made discussing the process for anyone interested in running for office. The necessary preparations were made and I was placed on the ballot, along with a number of other prospective students. My opponents and I campaigned for a whole
Area FFA Officer Essay There are several reasons why I want to be an Area 15 FFA officer. The principal reason that I want to be an officer is for the learning experience that it will provide. Along with learning various new objectives, being an area officer will help me develop and better some of the leadership skills that I already have. Not only would being an area officer provide personal benefit, I could use the skills and knowledge that I gain to help benefit my chapter. Being an Area 15 FFA officer will teach me several new things about the FFA and leadership skills that I don’t know already.
I am extremely honored to be eligible for this opportunity to apply for the National Honor Society. Becoming a member of the National Honor Society has been a goal I set for myself since I was a student in middle school. I have been greatly looking forward to this moment for a very long time. Overall, I have worked incredibly hard these last two years to display a positive character and obtain qualities such as leadership, responsibility, and scholarship. I strongly believe I will be a productive and reliable member of the National Honor Society at Harvard H. Ellis Technical High School.

My interest in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. sparked when I met Sheila Hudson. At the time I had no idea that she was an active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. What I saw in Shelia Hudson was a smart, accomplished, proficient women who completely shattered all of my preconceived expectations of what I thought a sorority girl was supposed to be like.
Today I am deeply humbled to be recognized as a potential member of the National Honor Society. To me this means I have exemplified everything you look for in a student who goes above and beyond, not just in academics but in athletics, the community and at home as well. I have not taken this selection for granted, as I believe would be a great asset to the National Honor Society. I am hardworking, honest, reliable and quite charismatic too. I hold all the qualities required by the distinguished NHS like leadership, service, character and scholarship.
