Discrimination Towards Short People There are different types of heights within different types of people. The height of a person is one of the many things that makes a person unique. However, there are people who see it as a sign of a bad difference. These people start to think that the height represents what the person can or cannot do. This is especially common for those with a short height. Not only is it wrong to think like that, but more people start to believe that it’s true! When it comes to the height of short people, other people get a hunch on what they’re supposed to be capable of, thus leading to intolerance and negativity towards them. As many can tell, most sports consists of tall players. The reasons for this is because it leads the opposing team to be intimidated. This can lead to an unjust decision making between tall and short players. Some coaches tend to go with the tall players because more of an advantage can be made even if the short player has more experience.
