Our daily choices of dressing affects they way we are perceived by others and it has a huge impact on forming our impressions to other people. In the most basic case, fashion makes the man or women. (Giles & William, 1975) When introducing the garments, the very first category or the label its given is the sex of the wearer. Clothing is made by human with very defined differentiations in man and women and show the socially constructed nature of gender distinctions. Garments could be using for oneself to show himself or herself to other people around them or to declare the group that they belong to, and also their sex and their sexual tint.

As mentioned earlier, when introducing the garments, the very first category or the label its given is the sex of the wearer. By having male and female models both on the runway wearing the garments from the same collection means that sex, is really no longer an issue when we are dressing up. Prada spring summer 2015 menswear introduced a gender neutral collection to us and broke the rules of having to labels or putting clothing into categories, Gender stereotype doesn't apply anymore either, girls could wear things that’s from menswear store and still look good on them. Whether you are a male or female, it doesn't matter that much now when it comes to showing your identity through fashion. Anderson Fall/Winter 2013 collection, as usual, Anderson brought us something spectacular and took androgyny to the next level with a collection of clean cut menswear clothing with feminine details on top. Anderson likes to overturn and blur and push the boundary when it comes to combining womenswear details into menswear. Male designers usually create garments that contains masculinity on the sake of traditional menswear sells, but that does not appeal to Anderson. If we look at the image closely, we could see a zip on the front of this garment, and that indicates Anderson was not just designing a regular women’s dress for men. Instead, this was a fashion piece specifically for men. The zip on the front shows the meaning behind the entire collection and what Anderson is doing there, is that he really is trying to change the menswear fashion and the perception of male identity. With no doubt, the collection caused violent reactions afterwards.
