Personality assessment findings Myers-Briggs Type Indicator The letters that I received were ESFJ, which was consul. The test said that I was an outgoing person, who liked to be supported by other people. I am very social and like to work with others. I am also very organized and like cleanliness. Lastly, I am responsive, realistic, and loyal. Strengths of my personality were that I am outgoing and very social. Also, I am very understanding of others and often thank them for their contributions. Additionally, I like to plan out my decisions and have a set idea on what am I am doing and why I am doing it. Weaknesses of my personality are that I do not like change and am very hesitant to improvise, since I like to plan out my decisions.
