Causes of Stress
We all fell stress it’s becoming a basic feature of the modern life. Stress is defined by Psychology Today simply as “a reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental stability” (Psychology Today, 2016) . Its commonly a feeling of being overloaded, wound up tight, tense and worried it 's today a universal part of life people youths and adults. There are mainly three kinds of stress according t the degree of anxiety; its acute stress, episodic acute stress, and chronic stress. We all face some kinds of this stress in our daily lives. Its normal thing. However, when the stress becomes acute and happens frequently, it becomes harmful and dangerous. So that, we should control our stress before it becomes a chronic problem. To avoid the stress in our daily life we need to know its reasons. Stress can be seen mostly as result of monetary problems, work load, and modern technology. Financial problems can be the most common reasons of stress in the modern life. The financial cause of stress is international phenomena. “Almost three-quarters of Americans are experiencing financial stress” (Holland, 2015). Money has become a very essential part of human life to the degree that some people cannot live if they do not have enough money. Money is the main source of stress for adults. Lack of money can lead people to worry a lot. They worry about their future and how they can fulfill their family needs because everything in the modern life depend on
