After taking this survey, I discovered that I am not stressed in most situations. In most of the situations mentioned in the Stress O` Meter survey, such as taking a math or spelling test, going to the dentist, watching a scary movie, I do not become stressed or have little stress. I also discovered that I am very stressed in situations that involve presenting and speaking. For example, public speaking and meeting new people. 2. Which situations do you find most stressful and why? The situations on the survey that I find most stressful are giving a speech and meeting new people. Giving a speech is stressful because I have to be a strong speake. The situation is also stressful because I have to keep the audience interested in the speech. Recently, I had to write an entire composition for my Intermediate Spanish class. Before I started the assignment, I was confident that I was going to do well. When I began to read the instructions, I realized that I do not understand the instructions, and the assignment was due the next day. As a result, I became very stressed. Another stressful situation that happened recently was my mid-term examinations.
