In the book Stress: The Owner’s Manual, author Pierce J. Howard provides the reader with an abundance of advice and tips for coping with stress and the things in our lives that cause stress. He breaks down the anatomy of stress, and makes it simple to understand what stress is and why we feel it. From the book, we learn that stress is part of what makes us human, and isn’t necessarily always a bad thing.
