Executive Summary
In my report I will be talking a bit about my product which is ‘Strong Roots’, and why I think it would be a good idea to branch out into different markets, with my chosen market being Canada. I chose to sell my products in Canada because it is an Irish brand, and I know there are a lot of Irish people living there.

Intro to Brand
Strong Roots is an award winning frozen food company which is based in Dublin. The main focus of Strong Roots is to revolutionise frozen vegetables through innovation. Strong Roots has a large variety of products to choose from. Our most popular products at the moment are the garlic roasted sweet potatoes, kale & quinoa burgers, and the spinach bites.

Our original plan was to ship our products over, but we had to change this plan. If we were to ship our products by sea, it would be the cheapest way but also the slowest. Our products could take several weeks to arrive in Canada which would be no good because our products are frozen and this is way too much time. If we were to choose to deliver our products by plane, it would be the quickest, but at an extremely high cost. It would cost about ten times more than if we were to ship by sea. So in the end, we decided the most feasible way to have our products in Canada would be to either rent a factory over there or build our own factories.
