When observing another person’s deficiencies, we as people can never determine why someone make bad decisions to commit a crime or even experiment with drugs. However, raised around a family of uncles and aunts of eighteen children and almost half suffered from a substance abuse addiction, it was always puzzling to me and was curious to know how do people resort to such behavior. Usually, certain cases of teenage drug use is observing from peers or parental usage within the household (Rittenhouse, J, D., Miller J. Moreover, females before 12 years old 25.5% experienced drug use and 33.7% male used drugs before 12 years of age.
