When observing another person’s deficiencies, we as people can never determine why someone make bad decisions to commit a crime or even experiment with drugs. However, raised around a family of uncles and aunts of eighteen children and almost half suffered from a substance abuse addiction, it was always puzzling to me and was curious to know how do people resort to such behavior.
