Measuring success is very subjective as it varies for every person. As for me, I do not define success by measuring ones financial strength but as a student, success means that I get good grades so that I will be enrolled for scholarship one day. For an entrepreneur, success means getting a million dollars sales in a month. For a politician, success means winning the election with a huge number of majority and success for a parent is seeing their child growing up to be somebody. People have different set of personalities, which makes each and every one of us unique. Set of characteristics that reflect our way of living and our way of thinking. We call virtuous someone who possesses such qualities as kindness, care for fellow creature, tenderness, patience, attentiveness, reliability, loyalty and ability to listen to a loved one and support him or her. These are the characteristics that people look up to. Integrity means the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Having integrity is very respected. It helps us gain success. Those who show integrity in the little things of life will typically display it in the bigger things as well. We must have integrity in everything that we do. As an example, some people really enjoy working also known as a workaholic, so just admit that you are a workaholic. Just admit that you love working. Some people cannot stand a day not working.
