When i was first assigned the career search I was nervous and panicked because how fast time past by it was like I just started elementary school and suddenly I was thinking what I want to be and preparing for college. Most people I know have knowledge on what they want to be, but I’m different I’m still not sure what i want to be, what career that i want, and what college i want to go in. I always try not to think about careers and college, but because of this project I really learned a lot during the research. Most of my relatives are being registered nurse. My mother too is currently studying for NCLEX test. So I have a glimpse of what they do as a nurse. But still my knowledge still lacking. I want to learn what do I need to prepare to get into college and what jobs are perfect to me. Like I want to be a doctor but there is a lot of different specialist so I don’t really know what I want be. On the first two days of taking notes I struggled a lot on taking good notes. I think I still need a lot of information besides the information I took on Naviance. So I asked my brother about what websites should I use since he already did this before. He recommended websites such as ProQuest and Google scholar. In addition to those, career websites such as Career Zone, Naviance, and Explore Careers help me a lot on doing this paper. Through this process I didn’t just learned about being a registered nurse, but I also learned how to take good notes and how to search a good and useful
