Don't be Haunted by Your Goals, but Haunt Them. This book is a motivational book and tells a story about how someone who was always told they would never be anything rose up against all odds. In the book we see motivation working when David Goggins told a navy seal recruit he wanted to join him when he was 300 pounds and out of shape. The recruiter said that he would never be a seal and he took this and his goal was to prove him wrong. Throughout the book we see the transformation of him going from a nobody to one of the nations top navy seals and the grind,grit and toughness he had to get to be able to accomplish this.
