No one knows why the parents of this once little girl that was involved in this wrongful act didn’t step forward at the time it occurred. Everyone is curious why their daughter wasn’t brought to the police station to file a report with her parents so many years ago and only now is stepping forward to take action against the acts of sexual abuse. The whitewashing tales that have been revealed in live broadcasts may have been the fuel that caused her to relieve the nightmare once again leading to the decision that a civil suit is deemed necessary. If charges from the suit are obtained Josh could be sued for assault, battery, bodily and or emotional damage. Jim Bob and Michelle can also be tried for negligence, child endangerment and conspiracy as well.
