Before we go further in our review we must define some key words that are related to the topic of discussion.
Leadership:
In his book Leading Minds: An Anatomy of Leadership, Dr. Howard Gardner says, "A leader is an individual (or, rarely, a set of individuals) who significantly affects the thoughts, feelings, and/or behaviors of a significant number of individuals". (Johns Hopkins School of Education, 11,2015)

I agree with the researcher, as from my experience as a teacher as well as a leader the years of being a teacher or how old a teacher is have no big effect on how they accept or react to a leadership style. The conceptual framework of his study was taken from Begley’s (2003) theory of value. Sun’s study aimed to find answers for the type of leadership teachers perceive, how the leadership influence teachers’ commitment and does leadership influence teachers’ commitment. Sun found that an alternative approach to understand leadership style and their influence. His argument is that the values and the culture of school are the essence of the relationship between teachers and principals and that they are the factors that drive the leadership style. Tahseen, 2010 studied the democratic vs. autocratic leadership styles. Her sample was carefully selected from a specific area of Pakistan.
